Capital Planning

Buildingweb helps you capture your building data, organize expenditure information, analyze it, and generate reports so that assets can be managed more efficiently and accurately. Project budgets and related cash flows can be viewed by an individual building, asset, or "rolled up" into groups of buildings ("portfolios".) The graphical interface allows users to easily navigate the interactive charts, graphs, and tables. Once funding is allocated, cash flow projections, reserve funding analyses and other decision support tools allow capital planning to be prioritized.
